Seller
The provider of products and services sold in this online store is B&B Neiti Möller, (1011255-9), and these terms and conditions apply to the offering of products and services.
Terms of Service
B&B Neiti Möller sijaitsee vanhan talon ullakolla, jonne kulku on vain portaita pitkin.
Sisäänkirjautuminen klo 15-20 ja uloskirjautuminen klo 8-12. Hiljaisuus klo 22-7.
Huoneen hintaan kuuluu ilmainen pysäköinti pihapiirissä. Yöpyjien käytössä on maksuton Wi-Fi.
Kaikenikäiset lapset (0-15 vuotiaat) ovat tervetulleita. Tarkista huoneeseen mahtuvien yöpyjien määrä varauksen yhteydessä.
Jos mukanasi matkustaa lemmikki, varaa yöpyminen Väinön kammarista. Lemmikkieläin ei saa olla majoituskohteessa yksin ilman valvontaa.
Hyväksymme vuokraajaksi ja sisäänkirjautujaksi vain yli 18-vuotiaan.
Juhlia/tapahtumia saa järjestää vain erikseen sopimalla.
Tupakointi ja tulenteko kielletty.
Customer Responsibility
Asiakas on velvollinen korvaamaan vuokra-aikana rikkoontuneen tai kadonneen irtaimen sen uushankinta-arvoon (käytämme Kannuksen Keskuspesulan liinavaatteita, joissa on mikrosirut).
Jos huoneessa on siivottavaa tavanomaista enemmän (esim. oksennusta), perimme asiakkaalta ylimääräisestä siivoamisesta tuntihinnan (35,00 €/tunti) ja mahdolliset tekstiilien pesulakulut.
The customer is responsible for damages caused intentionally or negligently by the customer to the seller or third parties.
Cancellation and Modification
Ilmoitathan pakollisista muutoksista mahdollisimman pian. Perumiset otetaan vastaan sähköpostin kautta.
Perumispäivä on se päivä, jolloin B&B Neiti Möller on saanut siitä tiedon.
Mikäli asiakas peruu varauksensa,
-kun varauksen alkuun on aikaa 7 vrk tai enemmän, peritään varauksesta toimistokulu ( 10€, sis. alv. 24%).
-kun varauksen alkamiseen on aikaa alle 2 vrk, mutta vähintään 7 vrk, peritään 50% kohteen vuokrahinnasta.
-kun varauksen alkamiseen on aikaa alle 2 vrk, peritään koko vuokrahinta.
-Alennuskoodilla/kupongilla varatuista kohteista peritään aina koko vuokrahinta.
Force Majeure
B&B Neiti Möller shall not be liable for the cancellation of an order or reservation or other damage resulting from a force majeure event beyond B&B Neiti Möller's control, which the seller could not reasonably have foreseen at the time of the transaction and the consequences of which B&B Neiti Möller could not reasonably have avoided or overcome.
Notices and Complaints
Mahdolliset huomautukset on aina tehtävä mahdollisimman nopeasti aiheen ilmaannuttua.
B&B Neiti Möller pyrkii käsittelemään huomautukset pikaisella aikataululla.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
The parties shall endeavor to resolve disputes arising from the agreement primarily through negotiations. If no agreement is reached in negotiations, disputes shall be settled in the district court of the seller's domicile. This agreement is governed by Finnish law.

Ordering
Products are primarily ordered through the internet via the online store's shopping cart.
All orders will be confirmed via email, indicating the order price and ordered items. To receive the order confirmation, provide your email address during the order process.
By placing each order, you agree to the current seller's terms of service.

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the payment intermediary and provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payee on your account statement or credit card bill and will transmit the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license.
